- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- In case of a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
I ship to France, the European Union, Non-EU European countries, and worldwide. Shipping rates are determined by the destination and weight of the items ordered. All shipments come with a tracking link, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can use this link to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
4. Free Shipping
I offer free shipping on all orders over €250 within France. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over €500.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic (France) and EU Orders: As a microentreprise, I do not charge VAT (TVA) on orders. Therefore, VAT is not included in the final price of your purchase in accordance with Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
- International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. You, as the recipient, are responsible for any such charges. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or public holidays. In the case of a significant delay, I will notify you via email.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please note, I currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, due to international shipping regulations, certain items may not be shipped to some countries. If I am unable to ship to your location, I will inform you upon order processing.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
I take great care in packaging our products. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the shipment at julia@mindful-mess.com. I will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
